GOD is GOOD...

...all the time. All the time, God is Good! Caleb did so good today w/out the ventilator. They put what they call a trach collar which is a mask that goes over his tracheostomy today and took off the ventilator so he's been breathing on his own very well since 4am this morning! And it's almost 5pm! That collar thing just puts humidified air into his tracheostomy and there is a little O2 flowing through...but very little. And they will slowly lower that. We are SOOO Proud of how strong he has been and so amazed at the great work God is doing in him. They also took out the central line (IV) that was in his groin today and put another IV in his arm just for the morphine they are giving him still. So one more thing out of him...yeah! He also got some splints for his hands to keep them straight. We were supposed to give him a haircut today...but I don't know if they did. I had to leave for a little bit but hopefully the nurse did buzz him or will before he leaves for the day. (It's so much easier to bathe him if he don't got so much hair.)
So we had a very happy and uplifting day! All Glory to God! ...as Caleb would say: "Thank you, Jesus!" Thank you all for your prayers! See all the prayers God has answered?! How awesome is HE! Still waiting for those eyes to open but we know that in time it will happen! Just gotta keep on praying and praise HIM! Speaking of praising Him..I've gotta go do that at Hearts in Motion so I'll give you more updates tomorrow! Because I know that there's gonna be more good news!

We are almost out of bracelets but my wonderful and faithful friends are ordering some more! They are going so fast...the bumper stickers and key chains are gone but we will also be getting some more! I'll let you know when they arrive! Thank you! Love you much...
